Ferrari developed a completely new control system around the existing DCT. Sensors and mechanical components in the gear lever mimic the resistance when selecting and engaging each gear, while the clutch-by-wire pedal digitally transmits the driver’s input to the clutch. Even improper clutching can result in a jolt or the V12 stalling.

Interior
The ‘open gate’ returns
The six-speed gear lever with its round aluminum knob and the iconic Ferrari gated shifter form the centerpiece of the modified center tunnel. A completely new three-pedal setup completes the manual control, while illuminated indicators on the lever display the selected gear and driving mode.

Specific to the Manuale
The 12Cilindri Manuale receives its own Tailor Made specification with details not found on the regular 12Cilindri. A pinstripe on the splitter and rear wings references the 365 GTB4, complemented by specific forged five-spoke wheels, an exclusive scudetto, and Manuale details in the interior. Production is limited to 1,499 units.
