Due to the expansion of our service department for ASTON MARTIN, we are immediately looking for an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR.
Job Profile
In this responsible position, you will perform front- and back-office tasks as part of the after-sales reception.
Your duties include processing warranty claims, preparing work orders, and sending maintenance reminders to our clients. Additionally, you will ensure a warm welcome for our relations and provide information regarding repairs and accessories.
Requirements
You have a customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude and enjoy working in a great team. Flexibility is required, and you also recognize yourself in the profile below:
- Vocational (MBO) level of professional and intellectual ability;
- Several years of work experience in a similar position;
- Numerical insight and understanding of processes;
- Technical background, or at least a strong affinity with technology and the automotive industry;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbal and written, and a good command of the English language;
- Preferably residing in the region.
