The active suspension of the Purosangue has been specifically recalibrated for the Handling Speciale. Body movements are reduced by 10%, making the car feel more compact and controlled during rapid direction changes. In Race and ESC-Off modes, the eight-speed F1 DCT also shifts more emphatically, especially during manual shifts above 5,500 rpm.

The Handling Speciale also distinguishes itself visually from the standard Purosangue. Specific wheels with a diamond-cut finish are combined with carbon side shields, matte black exhaust tips, a black Ferrari emblem at the rear, and Ferrari lettering with a satin finish.
