On Saturday, May 23, Karma Automotive was proud to be the exclusive automotive partner of the prestigious Royal Versailles Ball 2026. This private, invitation-only charity gala with a white-tie dress code took place at the Palace of Versailles in France. The event marked the 207th anniversary of Queen Victoria’s birth while paying tribute to the historic ball hosted by Napoleon III in 1855.
Karma brings royal elegance to Versailles
Guest of honor His Highness Prince Joachim Murat, Prince of Pontecorvo, arrived at the ball in a unique Karma Revero luxury sports sedan. This car received the special honor of being the only vehicle permitted to drive through the Cour d’Honneur and proceed to the Golden Gate of Versailles.
Specially for this occasion, the Revero was fitted with exclusive commemorative decals, 85° rear doors (Stage Doors) for extra comfortable entry, a luxurious Bridge of Weir leather interior, hand-stitched diamond-pattern seats, lambswool floor mats, and special Royal Versailles Ball emblems in both the front and rear compartments.
Prior to the ball, the Revero was exhibited alongside the Karma Kaveya super-coupe at the residence of the British Ambassador to France, Sir Thomas Drew KCMG. During this exclusive presentation, European guests had the opportunity to admire Karma Automotive’s ultra-luxury models up close.
Making an impact together with charities
In addition to celebrating history and elegance, the Royal Versailles Ball focused on three carefully selected charities: The King’s Foundation, Room to Read, and Fondation Franco-Britannique de Sillery. These organizations were chosen for their commitment to mental health and expanding educational opportunities worldwide.
Karma Automotive shares this social commitment. With the establishment of the Clean Mobility Development Collaborative, the brand is dedicated to increasing education and development opportunities for young people within Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). Furthermore, Karma has now donated more than 2 million US dollars in electric and connected vehicle technology, equipment, and other resources to educational institutions, helping the company prepare the next generation of innovators for the future.
