A Milestone for Aston Martin Hilversum
This week marks a truly special moment for Aston Martin Hilversum: the delivery of our very first Aston Martin Valhalla. With global production strictly limited to just 999 units, the Valhalla stands as one of the most exclusive models in the storied history of Aston Martin.
The Valhalla simultaneously heralds a new chapter for the British marque, where Formula 1® technology and expertise find their way into a road-legal car that occupies a central position within Aston Martin’s new generation of high-performance models.
Aston Martin Valhalla: Formula 1 Technology
Developed around a lightweight carbon fibre monocoque, the Aston Martin Valhalla features an advanced plug-in hybrid powertrain. At its heart lies a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, combined with three electric motors, resulting in a combined system output of 1,012 hp and 1,100 Nm.
This enables the Valhalla to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 2.5 seconds, reaching a top speed of 350 km/h. Active aerodynamics play a crucial role in this performance; at high speeds, the Valhalla can generate over 600 kilograms of downforce.
The influence of Formula 1 extends far beyond aerodynamics alone. During development, Aston Martin utilized elite motorsport knowledge and technology, particularly in the fields of materials, weight reduction, and vehicle dynamics. The result is Aston Martin’s first series-produced mid-engine plug-in hybrid supercar.
Valhalla in Mako Blue
The first specimen we have the honor of delivering from Aston Martin Hilversum features a particularly striking configuration. The bodywork is finished in Mako Blue, paired with a Vivid Orange livery and matching brake calipers.
Bespoke Diamond Turned wheels with Mako Blue detailing complement the exterior color and complete the configuration. The contrast between the deep blue and the orange accents emphasizes the Valhalla’s technical and bold design language.
The interior is also fully tailored to this composition. Light Argento Metallic leather is combined with Blue Haze leather and California Poppy accents. A Matte Carbon Fibre finish and Carbon Fibre bucket seats underscore the functional yet luxurious character of the cabin.
A new chapter for Aston Martin
With the Valhalla, Aston Martin enters a new segment where electrification, extreme performance, and motorsport technology are inextricably linked. Furthermore, the limited production of 999 units ensures that every Valhalla remains a rare sight.
For Aston Martin Hilversum, the delivery of our first unit is a momentous occasion. We congratulate our valued client on the addition of this exceptional Aston Martin Valhalla to his collection and wish him many extraordinary miles ahead.
